- The First Step to Participate in Auction is to Make a Account On Vestadeal.com
- Just go in Auction categories and from there You can see all forthcoming Auctions.
- Suppose You are Interested in Auction “A” Which is Going to Happen after 1 Month.
- First you have to Visit or You Can inspect the Material from the List provided by Us.
- After Seeing List if You are Interested then you have to pay EMD mentioned in Auction to Directly to Seller’s Account Which will be mentioned on Auction Page.
- After Paying EMD You have to mail its transaction Slip on “auction@vestadeal.com” for confirmation.
- Once payment is Confirmed You will Receive an Email With a Password to Participate in Auction. You have to Enter that Password while accessing auction on the day of Auction.
- On the Day of Auction Login into your Account and Go to Auction Category.
- Select the Auction for which you paid the EMD and Enter Password to participate.
- Once you Won Auction than you have to pay Remaining Amount in to seller Account within 15 Days and After that Vestadeal will issue Delivery order and you can pick Your material after that.
- If you failed to pay remaining Amount after Winning or You do not want to Take the Material than your EMD will be Fortified i.e means it Will be kept by Seller and will not be returned to you Ever.
- If you Did not Win than your EMD Will Be returned To you after 15 Days of Auction.
What is EMD and Why EMD :-
- EMD mean Earnest Money Deposit it is Kind of token Which Shows Seller that Buyer is genuinely Interested in his/her Product and is not doing window Shopping. It is usually 5% of expected value of Auction. Suppose a Seller thinks that his Lot is Worth 10 Lakhs than Buyer has to pay 50 thousand as EMD to seller, if Buyer wins Auction he will pay remaining amount to seller and will Collect Material and if He Lose he Will get Back his 50 thousand and incase he refused to take material after winning than that 50 thousand will be kept By seller and buyer will be permanently ban from Bidding on Vestadeal.com.

- Currently Vestadeal do not charge any Kind of fees for bidding on Vestadeal it is totally free but if any Buyers Win any Auction than he has to pay 4% + Taxes of Auction Value as Fees to Vestadeal.com. If he Lose than No fee for bidder. Only Auction Winner has to pay 4% to Vestadeal.com and For Seller SREI Equipment Finance Limited No charges of Any Kind.
