What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our All Products are Shipped through Delhivery and BlueDart all the product have Free Shipping Unless it is Stated otherwise. In some Cases Few areas which are not serviceable through air there we used land transport or trains.  After successful Order You will receive a mail with Order ID and You can track you Order via Track My Order Sections and Order may take between 2 to 15 Business Days for Arrival. Depending on location and type of Product Order.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Usually any Purchase made through Vestadeal may take upto 5 Business days to arrive in some case if you Ordering from North East or Jammu and Kashmir Side it may take upto 15 Days to arrive. In Most Tier 1 and 2 cities We deliver within 5 Days.

What does “refurbished” mean?

Refurbished Means a device which has been restored to its Original technical Condition or even better and Original Physical condition to perform and Look Like New.

Does “refurbished” mean that the units were broken?

NO!! The refurbished products on offer are taken from an office desk (with permission of course!) in working condition and they are restored to look and perform like New.

What does “DOS” or “NO OS or License” mean?

Laptops/PCs that are sold with this in the title are sold with a BLANK hard drive and will not boot without the correct media. You will need to have the correct media and know-how to install Windows/Linux/other operating system. We do no supply any media with these machines.

Why are there more than one of the same product?

Our refurbished stock is graded and each one is different, we show you the stock available and it’s condition this means you can choose which exact model you want. In some cases we have too much stock to show single products so we group them into grades A – C

Where do the products come from?

“We source some our products from large corporate businesses and “refurbish” them which essentially means they are completely wiped of any data, then health checked, cleaned, checked again and graded depending on the wear and tear.

Some products are returns from large retail chains or even the manufacturer which again have been through our stringent checks before shipping.

What is in the box?

This of course depends on what you buy and our products will generally have explicit instructions on what is included if it isn’t declared as included then it probably isn’t but if you are unsure in anyway please email us on support@vestadeal.com or call customer services on +91 77770 60409.

As a general rule manuals are not included, but can be conveniently downloaded from the manufacturer’s websites.

Please note we do not provide media discs with PCs or Laptops unless specifically stated in the product

How quickly will it arrive?

This depends on your chosen delivery type; but we will despatch your goods as quickly as possible in accordance with your chosen delivery type.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday, all delivery times are Business/Working day and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

We deliver all items by the most suitable method available to us, from Dhelivery to Blue Dart Courier (depending on the value and size of the unit).
